Tago is a horse that belonged to a co-worker of mine and lived in Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia. I love the textures of weathered wood and hair and the soft fuzziness of the horse's snout . These elements stimulate the sense of touch as well as sight as he peers out at me from the shadowy interior of the barn.
